Charlie Louvau

Charlie fought in the Vietnam war and was exposed to Agent Orange. As a Forward Observer, Intelligence Analyst, and Interrogator/Translator, he excelled in his service to our country. Charlie has several lasting effects from his exposure to the point where he is confined to a wheelchair today. Charlie has not been able to work which has placed a financial burden on his family and his wife has had to take on the majority of that responsibility. Charlie still serves as a crisis counselor and chaplain for veterans and makes himself available 24/7 for those facing a crisis in their lives. His service to these men and women is invaluable as the rate of suicide amongst veterans has risen dramatically. Charlie would be a valued recipient of ‘Baths for the Brave’.
